This year will be a low-key-just me and my husband kind of gathering this year. Oh yeah, and our two kitty cats. And just because we aren’t doing anything fancy doesn’t mean that we can’t decorate and still feel the holiday spirit. So, I decided to make this easy DIY Give Thanks, Thanksgiving Banner. It’s easy enough to quickly make and put up for Thanksgiving — right over our little dinner table that will serve us our 2 person Thanksgiving meal.
The Give Thanks Thanksgiving banner is free to download below and can be cut and hung as is.
I decided to add burlap on the back of the pennant with some double-sided tape. Be sure to punch holes on the pennants before attaching them to the burlap (the burlap is not so easy to use with a hole puncher) Through the punched holes, the little square stitches in the burlap will be easy enough to widen with the tip of a pencil for you to string through the twine.
Tools/Supplies:
- Cardstock paper
- Color Printer
- Scissor
- Double-Sided tape
- Tape
- Single hole punch
- Jute twine string
