When I think of Santa cookies, a cookie that comes to my mind is Snickerdoodle Cookies. Just thinking about it makes me smile because I can smell the cinnamon and feel the soft crumbly cookie in my mouth! It also pairs so well with milk! For the longest time, I resisted making Snickerdoodles because I’m a diehard chocolate chip cookie kind of girl. My husband finally requested that I make some snickerdoodle about 5 years ago and I’ve loved it ever since! In between my many batches of chocolate chip cookies throughout the year, I try a handful of snickerdoodles for my husband too. My sons love to help me roll out the cookies and then roll them in the sugar and cinnamon. So much fun! I also love how the Snickerdoodle Cookies fills the house with its cinnamon smell. I hope you will enjoy these cookies!
