I love spaghetti and meatballs, but every once in a while I like to change things up a bit. This savory chicken squares recipe pairs great with spaghetti, or by itself! I got this recipe from one of my college roommates up at BYU, Rachel! I have so many good memories with my sweet friend, and a lot of them involve food. Since then, I’ve made this recipe so many times and I can’t remember if it’s exactly the way that she made it. Over the years I may have tweaked it a little here and there.

One reason why I love this recipe is, that it’s so easy! As you can see, there is a theme with my favorite kind of food. It’s got to be good but easy. As a full-time working mom of 4 boys, I need easy recipes that don’t require too much time. So to all my busy friends looking for a fulfilling yet delicious recipe, you’re welcome!

To assemble these chicken squares, pinch two triangles together to make a rectangle. Add in your chicken and cream cheese mixture to the middle and fold the four corners into the middle.

Now bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

Uncooked savory chicken squares

Once the chicken squares are done cooking, let them cool for about 10 minutes and then enjoy. They are perfect by themselves or like I mentioned above have these alongside a pasta dish and you will be set.
